    The new gentleman at the service desk was not helpful. When I had questions he just said I don’t know and did not try to get the answer for me. The mechanic was very helpful.

    Service manager was great, wish I didn't have to wait for so long to get my issue corrected but that was all on my sales person not doing anything for me after I signed my paper even though I had an I owe you he was running me around had to call and take care of it my self will not recommend him to anybody customer service could have been a little better from the gentleman that took my keys speedyness of the job done was great overall disapproval is with the salesman I am paying for paint corrections that he didn't think were a big issue my fault I got the truck though with the scratches even though he was telling me he would help me out on those he didn't not do that either

    Communication from the service department was initially difficult. However, it improved after I reached out to April. The job was done a few weeks after my initial inquiry, but the solution seemed to have fixed the problem.

    Primarily dealt with Marcos. Meagan helped get some information started while Marcos was busy. After we got started, it really was a fairly easy process. I knew what vehicle I wanted. Marcos made it happen. He was thorough in finding any and all discounts being offered. He was extremely patient with questions I had. In the end, it was the best car buying experience I’ve had to date.

    It was a catastrophe. The engine was making a strange noise and I took it back to the dealership, where the engine quit while the service tech was listening to it. I couldn't tell if there was oil on dipstick, and I fear that the oil wasn't put back in after service. It is still at the dealership, they will look at it as soon as they can. Show quoted text

    You're charging customers $119 for each diagnostic on your vehicle and then don't do anything about it when it's a failed diagnostic. I spent over $500 in diagnostic fees and three of the items were diagnosed incorrectly therefore when I came in for repair I was buying parts I didn't need an extra labor and time was needed to fix it properly when it was this night dosed in the first place and when I told him what the problem was in the first place and they totally ignored what I said. I however gave the benefit of the doubt in which I was correct in the first place. I spent over $800 on stuff that could have been fixed for under five and only one of them is fixed right only after they fixed what was actually was wrong instead of what they thought was wrong. One of the things I had a problem with they couldn't find anything wrong with and I had to show them what was wrong with it. One of the parts they replaced did not fix the problem. Another part they replaced did not fix the problem either because they totally ignored what I told him what was wrong with it to begin with.
